PRESS RELEASE

COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, 15 December 2025 – SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector offering innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial and service market segments, as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 9 October 2025 and launched on 10 October 2025, announces that it has purchased on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment in the period between 9 December 2025 and 12 December 2025 inclusive, with the exclusion of 11 December 2025, 8,264 own ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005595423) (corresponding to approximately 0.0264% of the share capital), at an average price equal to about € 5.77 and for a total value of € 47,704.80.

Following up on what has already been communicated to the market, the purchases have the sole purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the incentive plan called "Stock Option Plan 2024-2026," approved by the SYS-DAT assembly on March 20, 2024, and subsequently amended on April 15, 2024.

Based on the information provided by the authorized intermediary Intermonte SIM S.p.A., the summary of the purchase transactions on Euronext Milan – STAR segment is shown below, on a daily basis, in aggregate form, and, as attachment, in detailed form:
