At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company duly convened and held on 21 June 2018, the following Resolution was duly passed.

That Article 93 (Borrowing Powers) of the Company's Articles is hereby amended by deleting the £500,000,000 borrowing limit in Article 93.2 and replacing it with £750,000,000.
