Synthomer plc ("Synthomer" or "the Company") announces that The Hon Alexander Catto, a non-executive director of the Company, has retired with effect from 2 October 2022 as a trustee of two family trusts holding shares in the Company (ordinary shares of 10p each Identification Code GB0009887422) in respect of which he has no beneficial interest. Accordingly his non- beneficial interest in shares in the Company has reduced by a total of 3,363,094 shares to 3,710,347 shares and his beneficial interest remains unchanged at 1,649,239 shares.
