7. b. 50% of remaining performance rights will vest and be exercisable at 30/6/23 and 30/6/24, provided that the holder is an employee.

8. Until 30/6/24, any shares acquired upon exercise of Rights may not be traded

9. Any shares acquired upon exercise of Rights by Senior Executive Officers may only be traded with prior approval of the Board.
