Pharmaxis Ltd (ASX: PXS) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Pharmaxis Ltd (‘PXS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of PXS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 15 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pharmaxis Ltd (ASX: PXS) – Request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Pharmaxis Ltd ( Company ) requests a trading halt in respect of its ordinary shares (ASX: PXS) from the commencement of trading today, Tuesday 13 April 2021.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company to the market in relation to the outcome of a capital raising by way of a placement of fully paid ordinary shares to institutional and sophisticated investors ( Placement ).

• (b) The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 15 April 2021 and the time at which the Company makes an announcement regarding the outcome of the Placement.

• (c) The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
