The 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders ( AGM ) of Pharmaxis Ltd ( Company ) will be held on 4 November 2020 at 10:00 am (Sydney time). In light of the current limitations on public gatherings, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting and will be conducted online. The notice of meeting for the AGM will be circulated in due course. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 23 September 2020.
