DISCLOSABLE AND CONNECTED TRANSACTION COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF SUBSIDIARIES

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 25 July 2025 and the supplementary announcement dated 31 July 2025 (collectively, the "Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent to the Disposal under the Agreement have been fulfilled and the Disposal was completed on 25 September 2025 in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Following the Completion, the Target Company and its subsidiaries ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company.
