The board (the “Board” ) of directors (the “Director(s)” ) of Synertone Communication Corporation (the “Company” ) announces that the address of the Company’s headquarter and principal place of business in Hong Kong has been changed to Room 1012, 10/F, Tsim Sha Tsui Centre, 66 Mody Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong with effect from 16 April 2021.
