Mr Daniel AUGEREAU Chairman and CEO
Synergie has acquired a 66% stake in the French digital services company DCS Easyware.
Based in Lyon, DCS Easyware has operations in France, Belgium, Spain and the United Kingdom and is set to achieve revenue of around €50 million in 2018. The company has close to 600 employees specialised in the management and support of IT infrastructure.
With this acquisition, Synergie is positioning itself in a booming market and, like its industry peers, is rounding out its traditional activities by diversifying into outsourcing, advisory services and technical assistance.
DCS Easyware will contribute complementary expertise to the Synergie Group's service offering as well as the resources required to support the Group's clients in their digital transition.
