SYNERGIE IS INCREASING ITS PRESENCE IN EUROPE WITH THE SIGNATURE OF AN AGREEMENT TO TAKE OVER 80% OF VÖLKER IN AUSTRIA

Formed in 2006, VÖLKER operates a network of 15 branches located in the most dynamic regions of Austria's economy and has become a major player in services for industrial groups and in the high value added services.

In a country in which GDP growth is one of the highest in Europe, VÖLKER is expected to generate turnover of €65 million this year, up 14% in relation to 2016; its integration with SYNERGIE Group is subject to the approval of the Austrian merger control authority.

EXTENSION OF SYNERGIE'S NETWORK AND STRENGTHENING OF THE EUROPEAN INFLUENCE

Thanks to this operation, SYNERGIE Group (€1.098 million on 30 June 2017, up 16.5% in relation to 2016) is actively pursuing its development in Europe and around the world.
