SYNERGIE ACQUIRES AUSTRALIAN OIL & GAS RECRUITER

Leading global recruiter SYNERGIE has acquired B2B ENGINEERING, a Perth-based oil and gas recruitment provider, via its Australian subsidiary, SYNACO GLOBAL RECRUITMENT.

Established in 2000, B2B ENGINEERING specialises in supplying white-collar professionals across Australia and the Pacific region, and has a turnover of circa 10 million AUD.

With offices in Perth, Darwin and Adelaide, SYNACO, a subsidiary of SYNERGIE, works across a number of sectors, working closely with SYNERGIE internationally to source and place hard-to-find technical skills from overseas into Australian organisations.

This acquisition strengthens SYNERGIE's position in the oil and gas sector, where It continues to develop a significant international presence.

In addition, SYNERGIE continues to look to develop its business across Europe, with negotiations for further potential acquisitions ongoing.
