SYNERGIE LEADER IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT STRENGTHENS PRESENCE IN SPAIN

SYNERGIE acquired the goodwill of Spanish company OLYMPIA EMPLEO ETT which achieved sales of almost 35 million euros in 2009.

This acquisition significantly increases SYNERGIE's presence in Spain, expanding the network up to 34 branches. Sales are expected to triple to 70 million euros in 2010.

OLYMPIA EMPLEO ETT is well established in Galicia, Catalonia and Andalusia and specializes in service industry and call centres.

The transaction is wholly self-financed and is part of SYNERGIE's European development strategy aimed at confirming its position as a leading company in Global Human Resources Management.
