SYNERGIE PURSUES EUROPEAN EXPANSION AND ANNOUNCES AN ACQUISITION IN THE NETHERLANDS

With operations now in 12 countries (in addition to France), SYNERGIE Group, a leader in Global Human Resources Management with 550 agencies in Europe and Canada, announces the acquisition of a controlling interest in the Dutch company ADR (10 offices specialized in the logistics and transport sectors – revenue: €35 million).

This acquisition will contribute to the Group's strategy to increase the share of international operations in the revenue mix by the end of 2010 to 50%.
