2008 revenue: €1.2 billion (including €272 million in the fourth quarter)

Annual consolidated revenue for 2008 advanced to €1.2 billion, expanding 1% over the prior year (+2.5% at constant exchange rates).

In a contracting economic environment, SYNERGIE Group's sales remained particularly resilient, outperforming the market as a whole both in France as well as in international markets where revenue grew 7% in the period (€389 million compared with €364 million in 2007)

The Dutch company ADR acquired in October 2008 has now been successfully integrated and is already providing synergies with the Group's network in Benelux.

Outplacement and Human Resources Management consulting activities achieved total growth for the full year of 39.5% and 20% in the last quarter.

In December of last year SYNERGIE inaugurated Open Centre, the first one-stop platform for Human Resources Management services, in the presence of the French Secretary of State for Employment, Mr. Laurent Wauquiez, and signed on this occasion a national partnership agreement with the Deputy Managing Director of the French National Employment Agency. The Group has thus confirmed its commitment as a private temporary work agency to be a major contributor to social integration. Its participation in the national job program to assist youth from urban areas launched at the start of the year was a decisive success as were its initiatives promoting professional integration of handicapped workers.

With positive net cash at year-end, the Group has ample resources to pursue external growth based on a particularly careful selection of potential targets, as expanding access to key market provides increased opportunities.
