Mr Daniel AUGEREAU is handing over his duties as Chairman of the Management Board of SYNERGIE SE as of today. He will now hold the position of Strategic Advisor to the Management Board and its Chairman for a three-year term.

The Supervisory Board of SYNERGIE SE has today appointed Mr Victorien VANEY, currently a member of the Management Board, as the Management Board's new Chairman.

Line-up of the Management Board otherwise remains unchanged, with Ms Sophie SANCHEZ as Managing Director of Human Resources, Communication and Innovation, Mr Yvon DROUET, Managing Director of Finance and Investments and Ms Olga MEDINA, Director of Accounting and Consolidation.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Victorien VANEY was a member of the Supervisory Board of SYNERGIE SE before joining the Management Board.

Prior to this, he was Investment Director at HB COLLECTOR, the holding company of SYNERGIE SE.

This transition, which reinforces the long-term commitment of the Group's majority family shareholding, is a strong signal of confidence in SYNERGIE SE's ability to pursue its growth.
