Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that it was notified on 25 March 2024 that on the same day Mr Andrew Lockwood, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 8,659 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 174.012 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Lockwood's interests in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
