Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, has been notified that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's final dividend paid on 6 May 2022 and purchased 1,404 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at £1.11 per Share in accordance with the ESAP's rules on 9 May 2022.

As a result of this purchase, the Company has been notified that the following Executive Directors and PDMR have acquired the following interests in Ordinary Shares:
