Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that on 1 June 2021, Steve Coggins, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 13,790 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 140 pence per share.
