Director's/PCA's Interest in Shares

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that on 16 March 2021, Mr David Coghlan, Chairman of the Company, transferred 30,428 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Coghlan, a Person Closely Associated with Mr Coghlan, at nil consideration.  The Ordinary Shares were previously beneficially owned by Mrs Coghlan but registered in the name of Mr Coghlan as bare trustee on her behalf.

Following the transfer, Mr Coghlan's total interests in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged, as set out below:
