The Company has been notified that on 4 October 2018, Mr David Lowe, Business Strategy Director and PDMR with Synectics, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company, at 206 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Lowe has a notifiable beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
