Director / PDMR shareholding

The Company announces that on 13 October 2017 the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's interim dividend and allocated a total of 275 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company to ESAP participants.  The shares were purchased on 13 October 2017 at a price of £2.85 per share.

As a result, the Company has been notified that Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell, directors of the Company, have acquired an interest in 19 shares and 11 shares respectively.  The resultant interests of Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell are as follows:
