The Company has been notified that on 5 September 2017 Michael Butler, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company at a price of 245 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Butler has a notifiable beneficial interest in 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
