Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 2 April 2015 Peter Rae, Senior Independent Director, purchased 14,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company at 133 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Rae has a notifiable beneficial interest in 232,302 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.31 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
