Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 31 March 2015 David Coghlan, Chairman, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company at 114 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Coghlan has a notifiable beneficial interest in 1,521,303 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.55 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Coghlan has an interest in 93,243 ordinary shares under the Group share schemes, representing 0.52 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
