Board Changes

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration, control and management of advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems, announces that, further to its announcement on 27 October 2014, Chief Executive John Shepherd will retire from the Company and resign from the Board of Synectics, with effect from 31 January 2015. Paul Webb, Executive Director, has been appointed as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from the same date.
