NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 11 December 2015.

The Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM notice”) together with the Interim Report and Unaudited Consolidated Condensed Financial Statements will shortly be posted to shareholders who have opted to receive correspondence by surface mail and electronic notification has been sent to those shareholders who have opted to receive electronic communications. These documents can also be found on the Company’s website at the following address: www.bacitltd.com/company-documents/general/

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the EGM Notice and Interim Report and Unaudited Consolidated Condensed Financial Statements have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
