NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIVIDEND CIRCULAR

The Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting and 2016 Charitable Allocation (the “Notice”), and the 2016 Dividend (the “Dividend Circular”) circulars have been posted to shareholders today. 

The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 6 September 2016 at 10.30am.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, copies of the Notice and the Dividend Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
