RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (“EGM”)

11 DECEMBER 2015

The Board of BACIT Limited is pleased to announce that at the EGM held on 11 December 2015, the resolution as set out in the Notice dated 24 November 2015 was duly passed by way of a show of hands.

The proxy votes received on the Ordinary resolution proposed at the EGM were as follows.  A vote withheld is not a vote in law and has not been counted in the votes for and against a resolution.
