Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we are pleased to inform that the members of the Company in their 37[th] Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 29[th] September, 2025 at 2:00 P.M have considered and approved the appointment of M/s D.K. Jain & Co., Company Secretaries , (Firm Reg. No. S2003MP064600) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, with effect from April 1, 2025, for a term of 5(five) years and fix their remuneration.

The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A .

Further, we are also in process of filing the aforesaid Corporate Announcement in the XBRL format within the stipulated time.
