We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 24[th ] September, 2024 to Monday, 30[th] September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the ensuing 36[th ] Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Monday , 30[th] September, 2024 , through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (‘VC’)/(‘OAVM’).
