SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “Company” ) dated 28 April 2017 in relation to the change in board lot size (the “Previous Announcement” ). Unless the context requires otherwise, all the terms defined in the Previous Announcement shall have the same meanings when used herein.

In consideration of the trading of the Shares in the market these days, the Board is of the opinion that it is not the perfect time to change the board lot of size of the Shares. So the Board has decided to withdraw the arrangement of change in board lot size as provided in the Previous Announcement. The withdrawal of the change in board lot size becomes effective on the date of this announcement.
