As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises of executive directors, Mr. Zhang Zhi Ping, Mr. Zhang Gaobo, non-executive director, Mr. Liu Hongru and independent nonexecutive directors Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Gordon, Prof. He Jia and Mr. Wang Xiaojun.
