As at 30 November, 2007, the unaudited Net Asset Value per share of Concepta Investments Limited was approximately HK$1.1.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises of two executive directors, Mr. Zhang Zhi Ping and Mr. Zhang Gaobo; two non-executive directors, Mr. Liu Hongru and Mr. Zhang Huaqiao; three independent non-executive directors Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Gordon, Prof. He Jia and Mr. Wang Xiaojun.
