As at the date of announcement, the Board comprises of executive directors, Mr. Zhang Zhi Ping, Mr. Zhang Gaobo, non-executive directors, Mr. Liu Hongru and independent non-executive directors Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Gordon and Prof. He Jia.
