SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “ Company ”), trading of the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on Monday, 1 December 2008 pending the release of an announcement in relation to the Company’s entering into a subscription agreement for the issue of new shares under general mandate, which is price-sensitive in nature.
