SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of Concepta Investments Limited (the “ Company ”), trading of the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 6 September 2007 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed placing of new shares and certain connected transactions, which are price-sensitive in nature.
