CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board (‘‘Board’’) of directors (‘‘Directors’’) of Wealthking Investments Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that the following changes in the Company will take place with effect from 16 June 2021:

• (i) Mr. Zhou Tao David (‘‘Mr. Zhou’’) will resign as the company secretary (‘‘Company Secretary’’) and cease to be an authorised representative (‘‘Authorised Representative’’) of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and

• (ii) Ms. Ng Sau Lai (‘‘Ms. Ng’’) will be appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative of the Company.

Mr. Zhou has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and/or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Ms. Ng was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and a solicitor in the United Kingdom in 1998 and 1999 respectively. Thereafter she worked for law firms, government department and a regulator in Hong Kong, and has extensive experience in legal and compliance matters. When practicing law in law firms, Ms. Ng’s area of practice included litigation, mergers and acquisitions of companies, compliance and initial public offering works. Ms. Ng received a LLB degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1995 and a second LLB degree from Tsinghua University in 2004. She also obtained a LLM degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2015.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhou for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and also welcome Ms. Ng for her new appointment.
