CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board ( “Board” ) of directors ( “Directors” ) of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “Company” ) hereby announces that the following change in the Company will take place with effect from 29 November 2016:

• (i) Mr. Leung Kai Wai, Angus ( “Mr. Leung” ) will resign as the company secretary ( “Company Secretary” ) and cease to be an authorised representative ( “Authorised Representative” ) of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and

• (ii) Mr. Zhou, Tao David ( “Mr. Zhou” ) will be appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative of the Company.

Mr. Leung has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and/or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Mr. Zhou, aged 46, joined the Company in September 2016. He is a solicitor in Hong Kong, and has more than twelve years of experience in legal and compliance matters in financial institutions in Hong Kong. Mr. Zhou holds the lawyer qualification in China, a LLB degree from Xiamen University and a LLB degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. He is an arbitrator of South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Leung for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and also welcome Mr. Zhou for his new appointment.
