CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “Company” ) dated 27 November 2015 in relation to appointment of non-executive director (the “Announcement” ). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless defined otherwise herein.

The Company would like to clarify that Dr. Liu Zhiwei ( “Dr. Liu” )’s work experience as set out in the Announcement will be replaced in its entirety by the following paragraph:

“Dr. Liu has over 20 years of experience in financing, securities investment and capital market. He is an entrepreneur and is currently the chairmen of 上海淳大資產管理有限公司 (Shanghai Chunda Asset Management Co., Ltd) and 博石資產管理有限公司 (Bestone Asset Management Co., Ltd) and a director of 長安國際信託股份有限公司 (Chang’an International Trust Co., Ltd). Dr. Liu served as a non-executive director of Shanghai Zendai Property Limited (stock code: 755), whose shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ( “Stock Exchange” ) for the period from 2 February 2010 to 12 December 2012. He was the vice-chairman of 西安國際信託有 限公司 (Xi’an International Trust Co., Ltd) from 2008 to 2011. Dr. Liu served as a 監事長 (supervisor) of 新彊匯通（集團）股份有限公司 (Xin Jiang Hui-tong (Group) Co., Ltd) (stock code: 415) from December 2005 to December 2008, whose shares are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He also served as a general manager of the merger and acquisition department of 國信 證券有限責任公司 (Guosen Securities Co., Ltd) from 1997 to 1998.”

Save for the above clarification, all the information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
