CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board ( “Board” ) of directors ( “Directors” ) of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “Company” ) hereby announces that the following change in its management will take place with effect from 1 April 2014:

• (i) Ms Wong Hiu Ling, Sharon ( “Ms Wong” ) has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group” ) due to her personal reason; and

• (ii) Mr Leung Kai Wai, Angus ( “Mr Leung” ) has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group.

Ms Wong has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and/or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Despite her resignation, she will remain as a consultant of the Company until publication of the annual report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2014.

Mr Leung, aged 35, has joined the Company since 2010 and is currently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Group. Mr Leung has more than 13 years of experience in accounting, auditing and finance and has held several financial positions in both public companies in Hong Kong and reputable international accounting firm. Mr Leung holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Wong for her valuable contribution to the Group during her tenure of service and also welcome Mr Leung on his appointment.
