CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board ( “Board” ) of directors of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “Company” ) hereby announces that the following changes in the Company will take place with effect from 10 October 2014:

• (i) Ms. Tam Yuen Wah ( “Ms. Tam” ) has resigned as the company secretary ( “Company Secretary” ) and ceased to be an authorised representative ( “Authorised Representative” ) under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange” ); and

• (ii) Mr. Leung Kai Wai, Angus ( “Mr. Leung” ) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative.

Ms. Tam has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and/or the Stock Exchange.

Mr. Leung, aged 35, has joined the Company since 2010 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Leung has more than 13 years of experience in accounting, auditing and finance and has held several financial positions in both public companies in Hong Kong and reputable international accounting firm. Mr. Leung holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Tam for her valuable contribution to the Group during her tenure of service and also welcome Mr. Leung for his new appointments.
