RESIGNATION OF THE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the “Board” ) of directors (the “Directors” ) of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “Company” ) announces to accept Mr. Liu Hongru ( “Mr. Liu” )’s resignation as the non-executive director of the Company with effect from 14 June 2012.

Mr. Liu has confirmed that his resignation is due to his age. He has also confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and he is not aware of any matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Taking this opportunity, the Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Liu for his valuable contributions to the Company during the tenure of his office.
