RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “Board” ) of OP Financial Investments Limited (the “Company” ) announces that Mr. ZHANG Huaqiao ( “Mr. ZHANG” ) has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 3 October 2008.

Mr. ZHANG has confirmed that he is not aware of any matter relating to his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. He has also confirmed that his resignation is due to pursuit of other job opportunities, and that he is not aware of any disagreement with the Board.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. ZHANG for his valuable contribution and service during the past one year since his appointment as a non-executive director of the Company on 20 November 2007 and offers its best wishes to him.
