CHANGES IN AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE AND COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Concepta Investments Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Ms. Wong Hiu Ling（黃曉玲）(“ Ms. Wong ”) resigned from the offices of authorised representative and company secretary of the Company for personal reasons with effect from 2 January 2008. Ms. Wong will continue to act as the qualified accountant of the Company.

The Board also announces that Ms. Tam Yuen Wah（譚婉華）(“ Ms. Tam ”) will be appointed as the authorised representative and company secretary of the Company. Ms. Tam is a solicitor admitted in Hong Kong and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Ms. Tam holds a bachelor degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a bachelor degree in laws from the Manchester Metropolitan University. Ms. Tam has experience in internal audit, legal and compliance and company secretarial services for over 5 years. Prior to the joining of the Company, Ms. Tam has worked in banking industry for over 5 years and in law firms from 2003 to 2007.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Wong for her past contributions to the Company during her terms of services as the authorized representative and company secretary and welcome Ms. Tam joining the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises two executive directors, namely, Mr Zhang Zhi Ping and Mr. Zhang Gaobo; two non-executive directors, namely, Mr. Liu Hongru and Mr. Zhang Huaqiao; and three independent non-executive directors, namely, Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Gordon, Professor He Jia and Mr. Wang Xiaojun.
