I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Symphony Limited maintained by KFIN Technologies Private Limited Registered Office: KFIN Selenium Tower, B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500 032 pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the company for the period from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40 (9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that the Company has delivered during half year ended on March 31, 2021.
- A) There was no transfer of shares during the half year ended on March 31, 2021 except for the purpose of transfer of shares to IEPF Authority.
