This is in continuation to our letter dated January 22, 2021 informing change in RTA, pursuant to Regulation 7 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please note that we have received a communication from NSDL and CDSL regarding change of R&T Agent for electronic connectivity from KFin Technologies Private Limited to “Bigshare Services Private Limited” and the same shall be effective from BOD of April 29, 2021.
