The operations of the Company were impacted during the quarter ended September 30, 2020 due to Covid19. Standalone Revenue from Operations is ₹ 112 cr. for Q2 20-21 vs. ₹ 195 cr. in Q2 19-20. Standalone PAT is ₹ 27 cr. for Q2 20-21 vs. ₹ 57 cr. in Q2 19-20.

Consolidated Revenue from Operations is reduced to ₹191 cr. in Q2 20-21 from ₹272 cr. in Q2 19-20 due to substantial reduction in sales in India and Mexico due to Covid19. Consolidated PAT is ₹15 cr. for Q2 20-21 vs. ₹58 cr. in Q2 19-20.

November 10, 2020: Mr. Nrupesh Shah, Executive Director of Symphony Ltd. has commented:

• Symphony Limited launched for 2019-20 pathbreaking new models across the products in Residential, Commercial and Centralised air cooling segments. They are innovative in design, format and features. They have received overwhelming response.

• Though effect of Covid19 pandemic continues to effect the business and the operations including the revenues during the September 2020 quarter, the impact in the quarter is lower than the June 2020 quarter and we believe, there would be further recoveries in balance two quarters of the year.

Outlook:

• The consolidated and standalone sales have been impacted on account of Covid19 pandemic.
• We are reasonably confident to maintain operating profit margin % in FY 2020-21 for year as a whole in line with FY 2019-20 barring Climate Technologies, Australia.
