Sub.: Outcome of the Board Meeting: Divestment / Monetization of stakes in Symphony AU Pty Limited

Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of our previous correspondence dated April 12, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, has reviewed and confirmed that the previously announced divestment/monetization of stake in Climate Technologies Pty Limited, Australia (“CT”) shall also extend to include the divestment/monetization of stake in Symphony AU Pty Limited (“SAPL”), Australia.

Please note that SAPL, a wholly owned subsidiary (100%) of Symphony Limited, was incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in 2018 for the acquisition of CT. SAPL is the holding company of CT and holds 100% of CT’s equity shares.

The Board meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 11:15 a.m.
