This is to refer to our earlier communication dated January 28, 2026, wherein the Company had notified about the resignation of Mr. Amit Kumar (DIN: 01946117) from his position as Executive Director and Group CEO.

In continuation of the previous intimation, please note that Mr. Amit Kumar's resignation will become effective from the close of business hours on March 27, 2026. A copy of resignation letter, containing reason for his resignation, is attached herewith as Annexure-A .

Following his resignation from the Board, Mr. Amit Kumar will also cease to hold membership in the Risk Management Committee of the Board with immediate effect.

This is in due compliance of the Regulation 30 and other relevant regulations of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
