Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., May 07, 2025, based on recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 38[th] Annual General Meeting, has considered and approved appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm registration No. 101248W/W100022) as a Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of retiring Statutory Auditors, i.e.,M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells, for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of 38[th] AGM till the conclusion of the 43[rd] AGM.

The additional information as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure.

Following the completion of Deloitte's term, the Board, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation and subject to member approval at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting, has considered and approved the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm registration No. 101248W/W-100022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 38thAGM until the conclusion of the 43rdAGM.
2	Date of appointment & term of appointment	The appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as a Statutory Auditors will be effective for a period of five years from the conclusion of 38thAnnual General till the conclusion of the 43rdAGM.
